Services

01
Exterior Visualization
Exterior visualizations are created to present developments as clear, credible, and desirable long before construction begins. By focusing on architectural drawings, materiality, light, and the relationship to the surrounding context, the imagery communicates both design intent and market value. These visuals are used across sales, investor presentations, and marketing channels, helping projects feel understandable, trustworthy, and ready to be realized.

02
Interior Visualization & Design
Interior visualizations are crafted to make spaces feel lived-in, comfortable, and emotionally engaging. Through a considered selection of materials, furniture, and lighting, we shape interiors that communicate warmth, balance, and functionality, spaces where people can imagine spending time. These visuals help property developers, real estate agents, families, and marketing teams convey not just how a space looks, but how it feels to be inside it.

03
VR 360 Experiences
VR 360 experiences provide a fully immersive way to explore unbuilt spaces as if they already exist. Clients can move intuitively from room to room, gaining a clear understanding of layouts, scale, and spatial relationships. For real estate agents, sales teams and families, these interactive tours become a powerful sales and presentation tool, supporting investor reviews, marketing campaigns, and faster decision-making by giving all stakeholders confidence in what is being offered.
04
Film & Animation
Architectural animations transform static imagery into cinematic sequences that communicate space, light, and materiality over time. By carefully directing movement, framing, and atmosphere, animation elevates exterior and interior spaces presentations and strengthens investor pitches and marketing campaigns. These films help projects feel more real, more desirable, and easier to understand, creating a strong emotional connection to the future development.

05
3D Floor & Section Plans
3D floor and section plans provide a clear, spatial overview of a project from a top-down or sectional perspective. They help developers, investors, real estate agents, families and sales teams quickly understand layouts, circulation, and the relationship between spaces. These visuals are especially effective for presenting entire apartments or segments of buildings, making them a powerful tool for marketing, sales, and investor presentations.

06
Residential & Commercial 3D Modeling
3D modeling allows architectural concepts developed in 2D drawings to be experienced as complete, three-dimensional spaces. By translating plans and sections into detailed models, it becomes easier to understand proportions, massing, and spatial relationships. These models support both residential and commercial projects by helping teams evaluate design decisions early and gain a clearer sense of how a project will exist in the real world.

07
Landscape Visualization & Design
Landscape visualizations help communicate how outdoor spaces will look and feel once they are completed. Whether it’s a public space or a private courtyard, these visuals show the relationship between architecture, greenery, materials, and circulation. Developers, investors, and marketing teams use them to present outdoor areas as an integral part of the project, spaces designed to be experienced, not just seen.

08
Product Visualization
Product visualizations are created to present products in their most realistic and controlled form. This service is widely used by companies producing or selling furniture, lighting, objects and materials, allowing them to clearly showcase design, texture, and craftsmanship. These visuals support marketing and sales across websites, social media, and campaigns, helping products feel tangible, desirable, and ready for the market.
How we'll work together
Brief
The brief phase establishes a clear foundation for the entire project. During this stage, we review architectural drawings, reference materials, and visual guidelines such as moodboards, material palettes, and key inspirations. This allows us to align on design intent, visual direction, and project goals before any production begins.
Pre-sketch
In the pre-sketch phase, the project begins to take its first three-dimensional form. Based on the approved brief, we develop the geometry in a clean, clay-style representation while defining camera angles and lighting direction. This step helps establish composition, scale, and the overall visual structure of the project before moving into detailed development.
In the sketch phase, the project starts to feel real. Materials, lighting, composition, and surrounding context are introduced, allowing the client to experience the overall look and atmosphere of the space without going into final detailing. This stage provides a strong visual reference for feedback and direction, with sketch images delivered at a resolution of 2000px.
Pre-final
Following feedback from the sketch phase, the project moves into detailed refinement. Adjustments are made, elements are refined, and the image is brought close to its final visual quality, with all key details in place. This stage represents the last opportunity for minor adjustments before final delivery, with pre-final images provided at a resolution of 4000px for review.
Final
The final phase concludes the project with all approved adjustments from the pre-final stage applied. Final images are delivered at a resolution of 4000px, or higher if required by the client, ensuring maximum clarity and visual quality. This stage represents the completed, ready-to-use output for presentations, marketing, and sales.
